Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you require a 'Made to Order' Hamper, please email sales@cornishcravings.co.uk where a quote can be obtained for you.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. A quote will be needed for international postage,
please send an email to enquire prior to ordering.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the
Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule We aim to process and despatch all orders within a week in normal conditions, or to the date specified for a special occasion. In the unlikely event of you not having received your order after 10 days, please call us.

If you wish to place an order at short notice (less than a week) email first to ensure this is possible. We recommend that you order early for occasions such as Easter, Mother's/Father's Day and Christmas to ensure the Hampers are received on time and to avoid disappointment.

For overseas deliveries please allow up to 14 days, although every effort will be made to have your order with you as quickly as possible.

Any out of stock items will be sent later, free of additional postage charges.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges We are not registered for VAT
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
