They use authentic smoking processes in wood fired kilns to produce fantastic results. The products contain no artificial additives and are generally vacuum packed to give you a fresh product every time.
Tregida applies traditional and ethical smoking techniques to the finest raw materials to create an end product that is a pleasure to consume. They have already won a number of awards (Taste of the West and a Cornish Food award) against long established smokehouses.
